Cotton Bush 1.5.0
This update brings exciting new changes to the Cotton Bush Addon with major improvements to textures, armour, generation, and gameplay polish. With this release, Cotton feels more integrated into the survival experience than ever before.
Natural Generation
We’ve added natural world generation for the Cotton Bush. It now spawns in the Plains biome just like other naturally occurring crops. This creates a more immersive and survival-friendly way to start farming without relying on commands or traders.
Wandering Trader trades for Cotton have been removed—go find it out in the wild!
The Cotton Bush loot drop now includes proper lore to match the version dropped from breaking.
Cotton items are now grouped under Nature for easier inventory management.
Cotton Armour Rework
The Cotton Armour has received a visual and functional overhaul:
✨ New model textures and item icons for a cleaner, more defined look
🎨 Cotton Armour is now fully dyeable, just like leather
💫 Enchanted cotton still shows its enchant glint even when dyed
🧪 Minor backend updates ensure achievement compatibility
Technical & Visual Polish
Updated UI text across items to appear more natural and clean
All Cotton items are properly organised and tagged for easier creative access
Internal code has been polished for long-term compatibility and smooth function
