The YouTuber Addon 0.6.0 Progress

This update introduces a significant number of changes. Here’s an overview of what’s been happening and our progress so far:

Items

• Ongoing Item Transfers: We’re still in the process of bringing items over from the original mod.

• Spawn Eggs: All spawn eggs now display the same text as in the original (e.g., “Gizzy14Gazza TeamCrafted”) and use matching designs.

• Atlantian Sword: The Atlantian Sword now renders correctly. We’ve also added three additional swords of similar size and design.

Entities

• Additional YouTubers: We’ve introduced around 20 new YouTubers, with more on the way.

• New Models (More Bends): A new model, supporting both wide and slim skins, has been implemented. We also introduced male and female variants of this model. These new models will be used for the New Generation YouTubers, while Old Generation YouTubers will retain their original models, emphasizing the distinction between the two eras.

Blocks

• Wood Updates: We have redone some of the wood and the work from Aguilegamer are no longer in the Addon. Thank you to them for helping us setting the wood blocks first.

Technical

• Script Enhancements: We’ve reorganized the itemUse scripts for improved efficiency and readability.

• Texture Organization: The YouTuber textures have been reorganized to clearly separate the two generations.

• Text File Updates: The en_US text file has been updated to streamline management and reduce clutter.
