In this menu, you can do the following:

• Summon Pokémon to feed them rare candies to level them up [Riding will come in the future]

• Teach Pokémon new Level Up Moves

• Teach Pokémon new TM Moves using the Heart Scales

• Evolve Pokémon

• Trade + Item Evolutions and Stone Evolutions require having said item in your inventory to evolve

• Trade + Trade & Item Evolutions will be updated to automatically evolve in a future update

Bulletins 2-4 require the Pokémon to be recalled to complete the actions
